Some of our team members are reporting that they can not access the website (permission denied)

Some of our developers that were working ok yesterday, are today unable to login to the web site/ and perform checkouts, switches on branches.

There was a period of three hours earlier today where about 100 new branches across the site were inaccessible. That was resolved more than 8 hours ago -- is there still a problem?

Hi, yes still an issue for some developers in the economist team, we have created a new account and this acc can not access the webpages, or checkout etc.

Not affecting all out users only a select bunch.

This is preventing us from releasing to our site, it needs to be resolved asap

It's fixed properly now, sorry about that. We did a big data migration today as part of making privacy work better for everyone, but we ended up leaving a few project teams without access to some of their older branches that had had their privacy settings manually tweaked. The migration script erred a little too far on the side of caution in this particular case, so we've applied a global fix.
