Bug Description
Back in the dim dark ages when dinosaurs ruled the earth, the privacy and security_related attributes of a bug were changed on the web UI by hooking into the form on Bug:+secrecy and submitting it. If that form was called via AJAX, it would return a list of subscribers in JSON format so that the page could update the list of subscribers.
Now that we have shifted to information type and the AJAX section of Bug:+secrecy has gone the way of the dinosaurs, we still need a way to update the subscriber list when the information type of a bug changes.
