Sharing details page does not show branches

Bug Description

When looking at launchpad.net/launchpad/+sharing/deryck , I expect to see private branches (embargoed security) listed on the page. I only see bugs. Deryck has at least one embargoed security branch /~deryck/launchpad/bug-567298-production-devel

It's probably relevant that we haven't migrated the old data yet. Branches have information_type set, but there's not yet been a garbo job to create APAs etc.
