PPA downloads not being reported since May 20

Bug Description

The binary download totals (as reported via python script using launchpadlib) seem to cut off on 2012-05-20, with no downloads reported after this date, even on active PPAs. Verified using several different active PPAs (such as gwibber-team/ppa and developmentseed/mapbox).

Log parsing has neen temporarily and deliberately disabled because of the high load currently being experienced due to the demand for Humble Bundle. We're actively working on getting it running again.

Looks like it's working again, but missing about a month's worth of data May 20-June 23 or so.
