https://launchpad.net/commandant is timing out for me, three times in a row so far.

- this is the removal of the memcache bandaid exposing that this was
being a terrible performer all a long, but it was completing just far
enough that a reload would unbreak the page.

With the minor issue that the memcache removal isn't on production yet, and that query has always been a problem :)
