Bug Description
The bug privacy portlet contains text along the lines of "This report contains Public information" and next to that is an edit icon. The text is wrapped inside a span with a css class of "nowrap". On small screens, this causes the text to extend past the edge of the portlet (with a browser page horizontal scrollbar).
