Bug Description
Currently there is a global milestone page, but there are no links to the already generated team milestones pages. We need to find a way to link to these.. My thought is on the team page, add a "Status by Milestone" header and table, with each milestone name linking to the milestone page for that team. Although not all teams use milestones, so maybe have a way to determine if milestones are used.
