Bug Description
When auto-reporting a crash of a CIFS copy with the pre-released, current as of 8/21, karmic. I get a hang about 20% of the way through the upload.
The error message is "network unreachable". But I am reporting this bug over the unreachable network right now.
I would be glad to report any additional information but I'm not sure what is significant. I do not know if CIFS is a critical part of the problem or not, but the CIFS problem does not occur with my 8.10 system, and I have not seen the unreachable network issue on it either.
