All tags added instead of one

Bug Description
If you make a NEW bug and then
if you make eg. 4 new tags, click SEND, then
webapp=launchpad asks you if you want to create new tag.
If I click on "Yes, create new tag" (one tag, not all tagS) it creates ALL tags, not only that one which I have clicked.
It is nice & fast :) -- but it misses the reasons why it is there (imagine you give/get 1 long sentence in tags (by mistake)) - you are IMHO wasting tags.
This is MINOR/MEDIUM bug.
