No code name for a release results in empty quotes in release listing for SOME releases.

Bug Description

As can be seen on https://launchpad.net/cfunge/trunk (at least when filing this bug) the latest release has "" after it. Older releases do not. Currently it says:
cfunge 0.9.0 "" Set[pen icon] 46 minutes ago Bug fix release.
cfunge 0.4.1 Set[pen icon] 2009-05-03
[...]

I did not enter a code name for any release (nor do I spend my time making up code names).

Personally I think the empty quotes shouldn't be there. But at least it should be consistent, different releases handling no code name differently seems rather confusing.
