Bug Description
The new stylesheets for the help wiki and news blogs display hyperlinks as green text, with no underline unless there's a mouse-over.
I think we should underline hyperlinks at all times, for the following reasons:
* someone who cannot distinguish colour differences would find it very difficult, if not impossible, to see which text was linked
* the grey of the standard text and the green of hyperlinks are of a similar darkness and so make the links less likely to stand out.

Text has already been changed to be black (waiting for sync).
Will look into underlining links, or making them bold, to make them easier to distinguish.
