Bug Description

With the new theme, there are no longer links to <https://help.launchpad.net/RecentChanges>, which can be a useful page for who works on the wiki.

Although not very visible, that link is present on the Footer of the page

Right. is there a better location for it? at the top crows the window at low resolutions. :-(

There's a big blank space from "More actions" and the right border (see the screenshot). I think you can use it for RecentChanges. If it is not enough, you can try to reduce the space between a link and the vertical space (the character "|").

I tried adding it on top, but having "Changes" and "Recent Changes" in the same line just seems like a very bad idea...

Instead of "Changes" you can use "Diff" or "Differences".
