Bug Description
Need some way to create a reply from multiple stock responses, that are combined together into a single response.
The server team's standard responses to bug reports include a list of "tips" that can also be pasted in along with the "main" response. For instance, they may explain how to forward a bug to a particular upstream, or give detail on a specific troubleshooting step, or explain some package-specific reporting requirement.
I'm not sure how this could best be implemented in the current script. One thought would be to provide a template keyword for where to insert tips (which defaults to the end of the comment, if unspecified). Then allow designating stock replies as 'insertable'.
