Light green on white text is hard to read

From the people who brought us gray text on light gray background for bug reports... I see a lot of the text on the LP help pages is light green on white background. This is not very easy to read. I hope this is not going to stay.

BTW, where has the context-sensitive help tab gone? Used to be in the upper left corner. For instance on my PPA page I could easily access the documentation on PPAs.

(To answer the BTW question: About 98% of the time the Help tab didn't actually contain any help, so it had a boy-who-cried-wolf effect that would have persisted even if we'd ever fixed it. Instead, we now present help in the page, either as embedded text or as a help link. If there's any page that needs help and doesn't have it, please report a separate bug.)
