cscvs abuses iter_inventory

Bug Description

most uses of iter_inventory in cscvs are done only to check the presence of absence of a single file or directory in the inventory. But iter_inventory generates the full inventory. That leads to very poor performance.

New methods must be defined to check for the presence of a file/directory/[symlink/]any in the target tree, and be used everywhere it makes sense.
