Bug Description
Now that the arm builders are back up after meltdown mitigation, nearly every single armhf/arm64 build is exceeding two hours, and getting "Tunnel connection failed: 407 Proxy Authentication Required." Not sure if this is a load issue or a side effect of the mitigation slowing things down, but can we please get that token timeout bumped up a bit?
