Snap builds should print out file list

One of the things that I like about LP's deb building infrastructure is that at the end of the build it does basically an "ls -lR" of the built debs. This is good for debugging what is going on and that things were built as expected. It would be nice if this same feature could be introduced for snaps.

Do you know if there's a snapcraft command that does this, or do we just need to run unsquashfs? (In the latter case, we'll need to take care to handle the pre-16 case.)

I don't think there's a snapcraft command. I was hoping perhaps
mounting and ls -R might be faster than unsquashfs'ing it but I'm not
sure of the security/permission implications there.
