Bug Description

Lucid Netbook Remix running on Dell Inspiron 1011 (aka Mini 10V) Netbook.

My preference is to use the 2d arrangement of the Netbook menuing arrangement. After using Evolution, and occasionally other apps the netbook launcher is not visible although netbook-launcher-efl is still running in the background. Killing the netbook launcher and re-launching brings the launcher back to visibility. This does not seem to be the same as Bug #543962 since it only occurs using the 2d arrangement. I have tried reporting this before, but have had no feedback or tests to carry out. I'm happy to help if I can.
