Bug Description

Scrolling and the scroll bar in EFL launcher don't function with the way traditional mouse movement is assumed. Instead, it assumes a touch-like interface. When scrolling, the scroll bar doesn't do anything unless held and dragged (the opposite way to the required movement). Navigation can be done with the keyboard (left/right/up/down) though as normal.

The draggable area is actually a pretty nice feature. I think if it can be preserved, it should, but the scrollbar on the right should certainly behave in a normal fashion (i.e. dragging down and clicking under the current location should scroll down)
