options for text boxes missing

Bug Description
Options missing when creating a text box: When clicking on the T in the menu and then clicking at the position in the picture where text is desired, a little blinking cursor appears and entered text automaticly increases and changes style after a couple of seconds. Unlike to version 2, no method to change font/size etc. could be found.
Or did I just not find the right place to look?

In version 3, no text shape option are provided. The reason behind this change is a better support of latex features: users create text shapes as they do in latex writing manually the different option (emph, textbf, etc.).
However, I think that some buttons can be provided but above the current edited text shape to surround the selected text with some standard commands such as emph or textbf.
