Bug Description
The default settings for pstates on battery are
#On battery

My Lenovo Yoga 3 11 has a Core M-5Y10c with a base clock of 800 MHz and clocks up to 2 GHz with turbo boost. With these settings my CPU is stuck at 800 MHz., which I think is way too strict.
I changed these settings to my demands now, but for a long time I thought it was a bug in the intel pstate driver. I recommand disabling the control of the pstates by Laptop Mode Tools by default to avoid any more confusion.

Yes. This is already fixed upstream in my repo and will be part of the next
release.
Thanks.
