Folders containing accents are not supported

I get a "Could not add url message. Happens when trying to transfer a file/folder containing accents.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "lansharkgui", line 1190, in download
  File "lansharkgui", line 792, in add_url
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'urls' referenced before assignment
