Server side tag list for new client registration does not wrap and flows out of view

Bug Description
If there are many tags used in a Landscape account these can exceeed the bounding box for the tag list in the page for accepting the pending registration of a machine, making it difficult or impossible to select the desired tags from the list during the server side portion of the registration. Please see attached screenshot for a demonstration of this behavior in situ.
