Bug Description
If I delete a Landscape administrator from the webgui, add this administrator later using the same email address, this action can not be completed by the Landscape admin. Landscape will sent out another invitation, but the Landscape admin cannot activate his/her account. (Error = mail address already used)
Steps to reproduce:
1. add Landscape admin
2. let the admin activate his/her account.
3. delete the admin
4. add the landscape admin again using the same mail address used before
information type: | Proprietary → Public |

There is no delete admin functionality. When an admin is deactivated in an
account, that only severs the link between the person (the admin) and the
account. Both still remain.
As to re-attaching the admin to the account, you are correct that it is via
an invitation, but you have to read the fine print in the form that you get
when you accept the invitation. Somewhere in that page it says that "if you
already have a landscape login/account, please login now". You have to
login instead of filing in the form again.
