"Wait for SimpleStreams to sync an image" activity that stays "In progress" forever

i use autopilot and landscape to install openstack(based on ubuntu 14.04),but "Wait for SimpleStreams to sync an image" activity that stays "In progress" for a long time(99%).
i tried ceph and swift, both have the same situation, and there is no ERROR or something useful in the log
