Bug Description
This happened during an Autopilot deployment. It doesn't seem to be a duplicate of Bug #1477225, since the init script was patched with that fix.
I'm attaching the radogw.log here.

Hi Free, thanks for raising this bug. Can you please provide some information about your deployment such as;
* what version of the ceph-radosgw charm are you running?
* what version of the openstack are you running?
* what ceph-radosgw config do you have (juju get ceph-radosgw)?
Also, do i understand correctly that this problem is still reproducible even with the fix for 1477225?
