Bug Description
When AptFacadeHelper creates an AptFacade, the apt config gets modified, setting the root dir for example. This can cause other tests to fail, so the config needs to be reset as, at least the most important settings.

Turned out resetting the config is quite hard to do, and it also seems to slow down the tests. I worked around the test failure I had by setting up the Apt config for the test.
