Landscape client should not register with new servers if the uuid changes

Bug Description

In the event that we get a different UUID from the server, the client should exit with an error case and a warning to remove /var/lib/landscape to continue.

With the current behaviour it's trivial to replace a LDS server with another and have all clients reregister with the new server.
