Can't upgrade after downgrade

Bug Description

Something I saw during SRU tests: installed jaunty, used apt to upgrade landscape-client/common, and used landscape to downgrade both. After that, landscape-common shows an ugprade, but not landscape-client (whereas the version is there). See the attached screenshot.

From what I understand, it looks like a bug in the UI, because all the data seems there, but it's probably a little bit different than usual.
