processkiller exceptions should have a numeric code instead of a full message

Bug Description

The problem has been raised during the resolution of https://bugs.launchpad.net/landscape/+bug/242392: currently the exceptions raised by the ProcessKiller contains a full message with all the information formatted (sometimes badly). We should instead use a numeric code, possibly with the additional information we have as attributes of the exception.
