Bionic clients don't show MAC and IP information for kvm guests

Bionic kvm guest clients (18.01-0ubuntu3.1) don't display MAC and IP information, although the debug logs shows they have it:

Clients on vitualbox or bare-metal don't seem to have this issue.

I can reproduce this.

With a Bionic client:

Model: Virtio network device
MAC: Not available
IP: Not available

With a Xenial client:

Model: Virtio network device
MAC: 52:54:00:9a:73:75
IP: 192.168.122.118

I'm running bionic landscape client version 18.01-0ubuntu3.1

And landscape server version 17.03.4-0ubuntu1 on xenial
