Bug Description
The parsing of the CLI output we do in the ceph reporting plugin fails on trusty with the latest ceph version.
Instead of changing the parsing to yet another format, it was suggested to drop the CLI output parsing and use the python ceph API instead (since a monitor node has it installed by default anyway).
