no update-status hook in the charm

Bug Description
There is no update-status hook for the charm. I hit a situation where the charm stay in maintenance mode and the host has been successfully added to landscape server.
It would be nice to have an update-status hook that runs evry 5 min for example.
I was able to resolve the problem manually by using this command:
juju run --unit landscape-client/* "hooks/

Hitting the same issue at a site where the landscape-client stays in the 'blocked' state after first failing the registration with the server. The landscape-client was eventually able to register with the landscape-server but the 'blocked' message never goes away because there is no update-status hook.
