Bug Description

I've got the cloud deployed (bionic-queens, charms 19.04)

I'm creating client key on the server side and passing it to the client.
Client status turns into "active" but nothing appears in the list of computers on the server side.

It appears that the landscape-server and landscape-client are from ppa:landscape-19.01. Previously, we've been running server 18.03 and client 17.03, so this is a recent change in FCB templates.

Essentially with current charms client gets pointed to landscape.canonical.com even though the server is present in the cluster.
Right now manual config is requires to the client to point to the landscape-server endpoint.
