Bug Description
Hello,
It would be helpful for the `landscape-server` charm to raise an alert when the configured license file signature is invalid, corrupt, or expired. This could occur through the existing NRPE framework or a `blocked` state on the charm.
The inclusion of alerting for these cases could provide significantly more visibility to the operator, avoiding the need to examine the user interface for any problems.
