Operator charm stuck on "maintenance, Writing Landscape license file"

When deploying the charm the landscape-server units get stuck in "maintenance" with the message "Writing Landscape license file".

That doesn't seem to reflect the real status of the charm since the license file is correctly set in `/etc/landscape/license.txt` and I can access the deployed landscape.

To deploy, we used this bundle[1] with this override[2].

This was due to some cases not being covered and the status not getting updated. There've been several changes, fixing various cases, so I can't point to a specific commit but it's fixed now, as far as we can see.
