Bug Description
We should expose a charm config option for the package-search account-threshold option. It's hardcoded for now, but that value may not be correct for everyone.
Furthermore, p-s still hits bugs every now and then that are hard and time consuming to diagnose. Having this knob would be a handy way to disable p-s when needed, since landscape works just fine (albeit slower) without it.
