Bug Description
Add an EnvironmentFixture in tests/helpers.py that will take care of setting the initial environment passing the testing bundle to Amulet’s Deploymet.load() method. The fixture should also act as API for driving Amulet as needed by the tests, implementing on top of Amulet the home-grown code that now lives in helpers.py.
