Bug Description
We need to enable pacakge search on the leader unit, and make other units point to it (with an appropriate entry in their respective service.conf files).

"enabling ps should be pretty straight forward, you need to write the [package-search] section in service.conf with the proper values (essentially the leader address) and set RUN_PACKAGESEARCH=1 in the /etc/default/ service. conf file of the leader"
