Bug Description
The old FlyingCircus "Add quote" view has some prose about how to trim the fat from and format the quote (so that quote colouring can take place.) It also includes a large text area.

I'm hijacking this bug to actually implement the "Add quote" view properly, since currently it's a legacy "Web 1.0" page from the original proof-of-concept, so it doesn't even work properly with the new Backbone.js-driven UI.
