Bug Description
We need a web page friendly to final users (not the project one that we have now).
This web page needs to show:
- the project image
- what the project is
- link to the project page in launchpad
- the spanish one should have a link to the english one, and viceversa
- the final user documentation (maybe in a subpage, also with links between languages)
