Bug Description

Update the setup.py which is very much in its primitive form from the initial cookie cutter generator. Update setup.py with the right entries so we could create Python packages with a similar command:

$ python setup.py build dist (or something similar)

Additionally, update a new entry under tox.ini to trigger package generation by using the new setup.py so it could be used by distributions and vendors to create Python packages if required.
