PT18R is the wrong way round for the tax report

this is in the UK chart of accounts l10n_uk

There should be a 20% rate for reverse charge and the R tax should be the other way round

Hi Alan and Amit,

The PT18 and PT18R codes arent in the official openerp-addons: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/trunk/view/head:/l10n_uk/data/account.tax.template.csv, so its all good there.

The uk-openerp-alliance indeed has a bug, but going forward perhaps its best if everyone is using the standard openerp addons, so we dont end up with 30 different repos for the UK localisation.

The official http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/trunk/files/head:/l10n_uk is due for an update shortly, I will try to make a merge proposal in May:
this will come with:
1 - Out of Scope VAT tax code and tax
2 - the reverse 20% VAT EU purchases
2 - set the currency of the companies automatically to GBP
3 - ensure that the codes can be set to 4 digit type
4 - a bit more restructure in the account codes, so it makes it easier to group them into CT600 as well as CH year end reports.

This coming summer we are also planning the release of the uk vat reconciliation module that comes with pentaho reporting templates. A few more tweaks there to be done and then its ready.
