some options for authentication not in config file

noticed cafile is needed in some installations; this option does not show up in the auto generated config file but using it seems to work:

[neutron]
...
cafile = "/opt/stack/ssl/openstack.crt"
...

Need to have it auto generated.

Also wondering if the keystone options would be better to show up under a different section such as [keystone_authtoken]. Any reason for not having a separate section?

    opts: add missing auth options

    We use keystoneauth1 session option generation in order to fix the bug
    that some of these options were critically missing.
