    Removes deprecated lbaasv2 haproxy docs

    The lbaasv2 haproxy driver was removed and deprecated,
    and the only supported option at the moment is octavia.
    The Kuryr-Kubernetes documentation for Kubernetes services networking was
    updated to reflect this change.
