Bug Description
VIFHandler do not save vif annotations in pod object after each _set_pod_state call. Thus if activate_vif call was not succeed, retry started with old pod object where all vif objects were in initial state, that is incorrect behaviour.
Also it was necessary to update resourceVersion field in pod object after each modification to avoid conflicts while setting new annotations.
