Bug Description
I have and multi region installation. After I added second region I noticed that kuryr-kubernetes is trying to contact Neutron in other location. There is no reason why it should do that because it is installed in first region.
There should be an option to tell kuryr-kubernetes in what region it is installed so it will not contact other regions
