Bug Description
When a Network Policy is created or updated the Services security groups must also be updated, to match the restrictions imposed by the Network Policy.

Ensure NP changes are applied to services
When a Network Policy is changed, services must also be updated,
deleting the unnecessary rules that do not match the NP anymore
and create needed ones.
