Document how to use dhcp enabled networks in Kuryr-Kubernetes

Bug Description

As this guide,, DHCP is disabled in pod, service and external svc subnets. With disabled dhcp in these subnets, I can not connect to VM on pod or service subnets.

I just want to know the purpose of --no-dhcp on these subnet, and can I enable DHCP?

IP address and route are added by kuryr-cni, instead of dnsmasq by dhcp-agent.
But if subnets are shared with vm, dhcp should be enabled.

You can enable dhcp. You only need to make sure that the Kubernetes service IP will be taken by a fake service and for the neutron subnet allocation pools to take it into account (that last part should be automatic).
