Bug Description

Log Out and Shut Down items added by the GNOME Session Management plugin don't work in GNOME 3. It seems the commands for these have changed, and are now:

log out: "gnome-session-quit --logout"
shut down: "gnome-session-quit --power-off"

Just adding these to the end of the lists in kupfer/plugin/session_gnome.py fixes it.
